WHY IS IT SO EASY FOR WHITE SUPREMACIST MILITIAS TO RECRUIT FROM ANYWHERE INCLUDING THE PRISON SYSTEM? AND WHAT CAN THE REVOLUTIONARY LEFT LEARN FROM THIS?

White supremacy, the concept, is the most effective PSYOP/Propaganda tool ever created. This ideology binds people from all walks of life. Politicians, journalists, authors, cops, militants, and criminals all come together for common goals. Although the concept of social justice binds several of the above categories, the last, criminals is consistently left out. Neo-Nazi groups are militant by nature. They possess a seemingly inherent understanding of exactly who and what the "enemy" of their movement is. Likewise, they are political by nature. They have a good grasp on how to achieve their goals by aligning with similar political movements. Further, they seem to have a very good handle on what propaganda is and how best to use it. Neo-Nazi/Skinhead groups tend to have rules within their organizational structure that unifies and strengthens their threads of unity and militancy. These include prohibiting sexual relations with other races and the use of drugs. Slogans such as "Kill your local Antifa scum" have been added to "Make more white babies" and "Kill your local drug dealer." Why? The answer is simple and two fold: They understand who their enemy is and they understand propaganda. White power agitprop clarifies the enemy, the goals, and the alliances. A trend has emerged: White power splinter factions forming and recruiting in prisons. More white power groups are formed in the US prison system (both state and federal) than any other group. Finally, they are not in the habit of killing each other. There is a strong sense, however distorted, of "brotherhood." What does all this tell us? They can win. By contrast, black and brown "street gangs," within the very fabric of their culture, kill each other, sell and use drugs, have no sense of true enemies or threats, and actively teach the younger generations to continue this unnecessary self- annihilation. This must change. In the criminal world, the word "politics" takes on a different meaning. It is in the context of gang/prison politics. Street and prison gangs have little to no understanding of political reality in the US let alone propaganda and how to use it. This must also change. The perception of reality of gangs, or the oppressed, exploited, addicted, (hereafter "OEA") population is a true enemy of the revolution. How to combat this problem should be of vital importance to all who make up the Revolutionary Left. However, clever slogans are not so effective on prison hardened gang members. A campaign against this enemy must at once seek the emancipation of the OEA population and the conversion of same. This battle begins in the battlefield of the mind. Street and prison gang members, for the most part, couldn't care less about politics, the dangers of fascism, or communist revolution. The notion that the same ideological teachings used for individuals already interested in antifascism can also be utilized for the OEA population must be abandoned. The only motivation that can be adopted for this demographic is the promise of power. Our revolutionary history has taught us a valuable lesson in how to address this issue. In the late 60s early 70s, in Harlem, the Black Panther Party (BBP) was faced with the issue of how to deal with street gangs. Within the prison system, George Jackson also shed light on dealing with this demographic. The Black Panthers were known to use force to stop the poisoning of the community by taking the drugs from dealers and disposing of it. While George Jackson used his teaching skills. While both of these methods are necessary, there is an overwhelming sense of urgency attached now in 2024. At the time, Harlem was a "failed city." It fell, but not to the Panthers or the fascists, but to the gangs. The BBP was taken out by the fascists before they were able to fully address the problem. If this has taught us anything it is that we have no choice but to absorb the gangs into our fold. How many of us are able to recruit in the prison system by teaching about the reality of the conditions that caused ghettos and gangs in the first place? How many will walk into a gang neighborhood in, say, Chicago and explain the true nature of our communist revolution? Will you? In conclusion, desirable alteration in the discourse, and then culture, of street gang politics must become a priority for all aligned with the aims of antifascism. The success of recruitment from the OEA population hinges on the ability to strategically communicate the true threat of white supremacist paramilitaries and clearly redefine community defense and threat management in terms that resonate with the needs of the power dynamics of both, the OEA population and the revolution. Reliable success in this long sought after realm of revolutionary politics can only be achieved by those who are the embodiment of the radical hybrid of both.

HOW DO YOU ASSESS WHETHER OR NOT COMMUNITY IS UNDER THREAT? AND HOW DO YOU ASSESS WHAT THE RESPONSE FOR THE DEFENSE AND MANAGEMENT OF T

Assessing if, or how, a community is under threat is not always a simple task. Nor is identifying potential threats and how to effectively manage them. How do you describe a threat that is seemingly invisible to the vast majority in a community? What exactly does it mean when we say, "Our community is under threat? If someone points a gun at you this is an obvious threat and will undoubtedly evoke certain emotions from you. If you are constantly robbed, assaulted, or kidnapped, eventually these emotions will become self-pity or blinding rage. What would you do if this happened to you on a consistent basis? call the police? write your congressman? complaints through the courts? Now, think about what you would do if it was these institutions they represent that were responsible for this harm coming upon you and your community. Like many BIPOC communities in America, this is the situation in Maricopa County, Arizona, a community that for decades has been under threat by the white supremacist movement in local and state government. Arizona is best known for heinous human rights abuses by law enforcement against people of Mexican ancestry. From the passing of racist legislation and self-proclaimed neo-Nazis becoming prominent politicians, to privatizing the prison system. From the County Attorney Office's genocide campaign called the capital case crisis, to the Sheriff's wrongful imprisonment and subsequent torture of innocent immigrants, Maricopa County stands alone. We have been threatened by the government, robbed of our rights, assaulted by police, and kidnapped by the courts. Our children have been deprived of their right to learn the truth about this country. Its brutality, structural racism, ethnic cleansing, and occupation of stolen land. The Arizona GOP is part of a vast network that adheres to the white nationalist extremist ideology. This movement manifests in multiple spheres of society. The concept of white supremacy functions as a contagion permeating the minds of men and women who seek to reap the imaginary benefits of false promises cleverly woven into the scraps of capitalism. Promises made by their forefathers, are still woven into the political rhetoric. Make no mistake, our communities are under threat by the contagion of white supremacy within the "legal community" in Maricopa County. The judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and cops are fighting and conspiring to stay in power as Arizona goes through progressive changes.

New alliances have been made with the filth of the MAGA/America First movement. Former Phoenix-based journalist running for a Senate seat, Kari Lake represents this fascist filth. Within this movement are the white power paramilitary groups, the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. So, if the politicians, judges, prosecutors, pigs, etc., are united with these militia groups and are actively engaged, having declared war on us, what is the proper response? This is what we mean by our community is under threat. The capital case crisis was a genocide, the Phoenix Police Department is under investigation by the DOJ for assaults on protesters and homeless disabled people, Congressman Paul Gosar is basically an Oath Keeper, and Kari Lake endorses the fascist Trump. The only choice is to form our own militia. But there are others who fight for our struggle. Who understand the plight of our community and have taken a stand for the emancipation of humanity. For any who are not aware of the alliances made and the path prepared must be introduced to the Revolution. This is my calling. The truth of the matter is that the solution must be a radical one, bringing the judicial genocide that was the capital case crisis, and the other atrocities in AZ, into the conversations in revolutionary politics. Becoming part of the sharp struggle for the actual revolution that is urgently needed. Always remember what the white supremacist contagion consists of: The sense of entitlement, American chauvinism, that their lives are more valuable than others, that they are under "siege" by immigrants just hoping for a better life. If you don't think they will kill you think again. When these white power militias are marching down the streets side by side with the pigs, sporting ski masks and AR-15s, what will you do then? The question turns then to who will manage this threat and how? There is a solution out of all this madness. Reform is not the answer. Seek out the revolution and show support while you learn more about the way forward.
